1. Provider

Web-Universe.com is operated by crispy web e.a. GmbH & Co. KG, 46145 Oberhausen, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Web-Universe.com is a marketplace platform where users can list domain names for sale and where potential buyers can discover and inquire about those domains. We do not act as a broker, escrow agent, or participant in any domain transfer transaction.

3. Account Registration

To list a domain, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

4. Listings and Fees

Publishing a domain requires payment of a one-time listing fee. Fees are displayed before payment and are non-refundable once a domain is published.

Optional featured placement is available for an additional fee. Featured status lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

5. Seller Obligations

By listing a domain you confirm that:

• You are the legitimate owner or have the right to sell the domain
• The domain does not infringe any third-party trademarks or rights
• All information provided in the listing is accurate and truthful
• You will respond to buyer inquiries in good faith

6. Domain Transfers

Web-Universe.com does not facilitate or guarantee domain transfers. Sellers and buyers conduct transfers independently. We strongly recommend using an established escrow service for high-value transactions.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not list domains that:

• Infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
• Are associated with illegal activities
• Constitute cybersquatting or bad-faith registration
• Contain offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content

8. DNS and Connectivity Features

DNS verification and Dokploy connectivity are optional features. We monitor DNS settings every 15 minutes. If DNS no longer points to our servers, the connection is removed automatically. We are not liable for any interruption to connectivity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, crispy web e.a. GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to failed domain transactions, loss of income, or data loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Oberhausen, Germany.
