Your first domain is published completely free. For each additional domain, a small one-time listing fee applies. Optional featured placement is available for extra visibility. All pricing is shown on the publish page before you pay.

Buyers can send you a message via the inquiry form on your domain's listing page. You'll receive an email notification with their message and can reply directly.

Web-Universe.com is a listing marketplace — you handle the domain transfer directly with the buyer after agreeing on a price. We recommend using a trusted escrow service for high-value transactions.

Ownership verification proves that you control the domain you are listing. It prevents fraudulent listings by ensuring only the actual domain owner can publish. Verification is required before your domain listing can go live.

When you add a domain, a unique TXT verification code is generated. In your DNS provider's control panel, add a TXT record at @ or . (root level) with that code as the value. Then open the DNS Check panel in your dashboard and click "Verify Ownership". Once verified, your status is saved and you can delete the TXT record if you wish.

Yes. Once ownership is verified, your verified status is permanently saved in our system. You are free to remove the TXT record from your DNS — it will not affect your listing.

No. A and AAAA records are optional. They are only needed if you want your domain to display the Web-Universe landing page to visitors — for example, to show your listing details when someone visits the domain directly. They are not required to publish your listing.

Set an A record (IPv4) and optionally an AAAA record (IPv6) pointing to our server IPs shown in the DNS Check panel, then click "Check Now". If DNS resolves correctly, your domain will be automatically connected to our infrastructure.

All domains in a bundle must have their ownership verified before the bundle can be published. Open the DNS Check panel for each unverified domain, add the TXT record, and click "Verify Ownership".

Listings are active for 6 months from the date of publishing. You will receive an email notification 14 days before expiry. To keep your domain listed, you can renew directly from your dashboard for the standard listing fee, and add featured placement at the same time. Renewals extend the current expiry by 6 months.

Yes — you can update your domain's description, price, and keywords at any time from your dashboard.

Listing fees are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Yes, you can purchase featured placement for each domain individually. Featured listings appear at the top of browse results and the homepage for the full listing period — the same 6-month duration as the listing itself.

A bundle lets you group multiple domains into a single listing with one combined price. Buyers can acquire all domains in the bundle at once. Bundles are useful when you have a group of related domains that are more valuable together than individually.

The bundle listing fee is calculated from the number of unpublished (draft) domains in the bundle — each domain incurs the standard per-domain listing fee. If all domains in your bundle are already published individually, the bundle itself can be published for free. Pricing is shown clearly before you pay.

Bundle listings are active for 6 months from the date of publishing — the same as individual domain listings. All domains within the bundle are also published for 6 months. You will be notified before expiry and can renew your individual domain listings from your dashboard.

You can unpublish or delete your domain listing at any time from your dashboard. Listing fees are non-refundable once a domain is published.

Yes. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, listing fees are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant), and we never store payment card details. We take security seriously.

Always use a secure, traceable payment method for domain transactions. We recommend established options such as bank transfer (SEPA), PayPal, Stripe, or a professional escrow service — especially for high-value domains. Sellers can configure their accepted payment methods in their profile, which will be shown to buyers on the listing page.

No. Web-Universe.com is a listing marketplace only. We connect sellers and buyers, but we are not involved in, and take no responsibility for, the actual domain transfer or payment transaction between the parties. We strongly recommend using an escrow service for high-value transactions and always verify the seller's identity before transferring funds.

Go to Settings in your dashboard and toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. On each future login, a 6-digit code will be sent to your email address.

AI description credits let you generate professional, SEO-optimised domain descriptions with a single click. Each generation uses one credit. The AI takes your domain name, category, keywords, and price into account to write a compelling listing description. Admin users generate descriptions for free.

Credits are sold in bundles: 10 for €2.99, 25 for €5.99, 50 for €9.99 (most popular), 80 for €14.99, and 150 for €24.99. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. You can buy more at any time from the AI Credits section in your dashboard.

Admins can edit the global AI prompt template from the Admin → AI Settings panel. The prompt supports dynamic placeholders such as domain name, category, keywords, and asking price, so every generated description is contextual and unique.
